I’m an LGBTQIA+ affirming Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Largo, FL. I specialize in helping Millennial and Gen-Z women who feel disconnected from themselves and others overcome anxiety, process past trauma, and build self-esteem. Together, we’ll work to stop the overthinking—like rereading texts or analyzing subtle shifts in your partner’s mood—so you can feel more grounded and start enjoying your life and relationships.

If you’re ready to dive into healing but want to do it in a focused, supportive way, ART Intensives might be the perfect fit. These one- or two-day sessions are designed to help you process and release the weight of trauma or anxiety without spending weeks or months in therapy. ART works gently and effectively, so you don’t have to relive every painful detail to feel real relief. By the end of your intensive, you’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more confident about moving forward in your life.
My approach is all about meeting you where you are and working together to find what works best for you, using tools like Exposure and Response Prevention, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (a cutting-edge rapid eye-movement therapy) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (a therapy focused on the deeper meaning behind our attachment strategies) to help you heal and grow in a way that feels meaningful and manageable.
