As a therapist, I’m not afraid of the dark my clients might find themselves in. I’ve been there too and I’m pretty good at finding the light switches now. 💡

Flashbacks, panic, and shutting down don’t have to run your life. We can help your brain and body feel safe again. Using ART, you can work through what happened in a safe way without going over every detail multiple times.

When trust is broken, it can feel like the floor was ripped out from under you and like it’s impossible to move forward. Using ART and EFT we’ll work through the hurt so you don’t have to keep carrying the pain.
