I help Millennials and Gen-Zers who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in past trauma, or disconnected in their relationships.
Therapy changed my life—it helped me untangle anxiety and past trauma, understand myself more deeply, and let go of who I thought I should be. Now, I feel so grateful to help others find relief, confidence, and connection, both with themselves and the people they care about most.

I believe therapy works best when it’s collaborative and meets you exactly where you are. You know yourself better than anyone, and my role is to guide and support you as we navigate what’s holding you back.
In our sessions, we’ll have real, honest conversations that give you space to explore your emotions and make sense of your experiences. Together, we’ll use evidence-based approaches like Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to create tools that work for you.
