Accelerated Resolution Therapy Intensives

What Are Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) Intensives?
ART Intensives offer a focused, extended block of therapy designed to help you process trauma and find relief in significantly less time than weekly sessions. These 1 day (3 hours) to 2 day (6 hours) sessions give us the time and space to go deep without interruption, so you can do the work of months in traditional therapy in just one or two days.
ART uses bilateral stimulation and guided imagery to help your brain reprocess distressing experiences without needing to relive every detail. The result is often rapid relief from symptoms of anxiety, trauma, or emotional overwhelm.
How Intensives Help?
If you’re looking to jumpstart your healing, get relief before a big life event, or make meaningful progress without committing to long-term weekly therapy, an ART Intensive might be the right fit. Clients often walk away from these sessions feeling lighter, clearer, and more at peace in their bodies.
ART is especially helpful for addressing specific triggers, mental images, body sensations, or stuck memories that continue to affect your everyday life.
What to Expect During an ART Intensive:
Before:
We’ll start with an intake session where we’ll have a conversation to set a focus for the day and I’ll gather info on your history and goals. I’ll explain the process, answer your questions, and make sure you feel grounded and ready.
During:
Using eye movements, you’ll gently focus on a memory or emotion while I guide you. You will not have to retell everything. Your brain will naturally begin to reprocess what feels stuck. We’ll move at your pace and take breaks as needed.
After:
We’ll close by grounding, reflecting, and creating a plan for your next steps. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself.
Your Healing Deserves Momentum. Let’s Create It.
Some wounds do not need years to heal. They need the right approach. In an ART Intensive, we meet your pain directly with focused, evidence-based therapy that often helps clients untangle months or even years of hurt in a single day. Healing is never one-size-fits-all, but if you are ready for real change without dragging it out, an intensive could be your next step.
