Frequently Asked Questions

I am a self-pay provider and do not accept insurance. This allows me to offer truly personalized, trauma-informed care without the limitations of insurance—such as required diagnoses, session limits, or restricted treatment options. I provide monthly superbills for clients with out-of-network benefits, so you may be eligible for reimbursement while maintaining control over your therapy journey.
-
I provide counseling and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) services to adults and teens ages 13+. My specialties include Trauma, PTSD, Anxiety, and C-PTSD. I’m a good fit for clients who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected due to past trauma or anxiety. If you struggle with self-doubt, emotional triggers, or patterns that feel hard to break, I provide a supportive space to heal. Using ART and a relational approach, I help people regain confidence, calm, and deeper connection in their lives and relationships.
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy is ONLY available to adult clients, 18+.

In our sessions, you can expect a safe, supportive space where you don’t have to filter yourself or worry about being ‘too much.’ We’ll work together at your pace, using Accelerated Resolution Therapy to gently process past trauma and a relational, person-centered approach to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling heard, supported, and one step closer to relief and healing.
-
There’s no one-size-fits-all answer. Some clients may find relief in just a few sessions, while others benefit from longer-term therapy. Research shows that many people who do ART report relief within 1-5 sessions. The length of therapy depends on your needs and goals, and together, we’ll determine the best course of action to support your healing and growth.
-
I offer both in-person and virtual therapy. I see clients in person on select days at my office in St. Petersburg, and virtual sessions are always available for those who prefer the convenience of online therapy. Research shows that online therapy is just as effective as in-person care, giving you flexibility while receiving the support you need.
